The 12 Hours of Mesa Verde mountain bike race can be done in all different combinations of teams, including solo for those that are crazier than we are!
Race Info
The race is held in Cortez CO at the famous Phil’s World trail system, and includes one of the most well known trails around the South West called Rib Cage.
The 16 mile loops are mostly cross country with some minor technical ups and downs along the way.
This is a VERY fun race full of mostly fun people (except the road riders who have no manners), and we would recommend it to pretty much any level of rider that would like to get into racing. You really only have to do as many laps as you want to, and you can stop at any time.
Who’s This Race For
The 12 Hours of Mesa Verde is really for anyone that likes to ride mountain bikes, and is ok with people passing you. The passing is about the only hard part of the race. Most of the terrain is super fun, and the hard ups and downs you can walk.
Just make sure that you register on their website early. This race will sell out! It’s a popular one!
