Day 3 in Oaxaca continued to turn up the heat! We warmed up on some of the usual trails and then ran head on into the El Toro trail.
The El Toro trail is a combination of steep loamers, steep loose rocks, ditches that require precise bike control, and the trail feels really LONG! We had to stop 4-5 times to take breaks to shake it out and recover.
The ride was finished with some of the best enchiladas verdes we’ve ever had at El Mestizaje!
