Our last night at Fireside Resort in Jackson the temps got down to -15.
When we tried to start the van at 9am it was still -8 and the van wouldn’t start.
After getting help from the awesome maintenance guy at Fireside to help charging up our battery, we tried starting it every half hour for 2-3 hours before calling road side assistance.
Once the road side assistance guy showed up with his high powered battery jumper we got it started after about 5 tries.
It appears that our diesel fuel was gelled up, and our battery was possibly low due to trying to start the van when the diesel was gelled up.
